Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to common questions.

When are the mangoes in season?

Our mango season typically runs from March to July. Alphonso mangoes peak in April–May, while Kesar and Dasheri are available through June–July.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes! We offer special pricing for orders above 100kg. Please use the contact form above and select "Bulk Purchase" as the subject, and we'll reach out with a custom quote.

How long does delivery take?

We use DTDC for door-to-door courier delivery. Delivery timelines depend on DTDC's service in your area β€” typically 1–2 days within Andhra Pradesh and 2–4 days for the rest of South India.

We also ship via ANL and Navitha transport services, which are more affordable but require you to collect your order from their nearest branch β€” they do not offer door-to-door delivery. If you'd prefer this option, please contact us and we'll arrange it for you.

What if my mangoes arrive damaged?

All our mangoes are hand-picked and packed manually with care. If there is any damage, it is most likely caused during transit and is beyond our control. That said, we will do our best to make it right β€” whether that's a partial replacement or a discount on your next order. Please contact us within 24 hours with photos and we'll sort it out for you.

Are your mangoes carbide-free?

Yes β€” absolutely. All our mangoes are naturally ripened on the tree and never treated with calcium carbide or any artificial ripening agents. You can taste the difference.
